Our Kitchen Table is born again with a supercharged energy and ready to spread the word that “We’re back” and set to make a difference to women and children who are victims of family violence. Right from the get go our 1st activity pod with the residents at Sheridan Hall retirement residence went off with a bang. Meeting once a week the fabulous, fit and enthusiastic participants jumped on board to be part of whatever we brought them to do. So far they have painted 100’s card
